| CVE-2018-8014 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 12 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 9 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| The defaults settings for the CORS filter provided in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.8, 8.5.0 to 8.5.31, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.52, 7.0.41 to 7.0.88 are insecure and enable 'supportsCredentials' for all origins. It is expected that users of the CORS filter will have configured it appropriately for their environment rather than using it in the default configuration. Therefore, it is expected that most users will not be impacted by this issue. | ||||
| CVE-2018-7489 | 4 Debian, Fasterxml, Oracle and 1 more | 10 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Communications Billing And Revenue Management and 7 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| FasterXML jackson-databind before 2.7.9.3, 2.8.x before 2.8.11.1 and 2.9.x before 2.9.5 allows unauthenticated remote code execution because of an incomplete fix for the CVE-2017-7525 deserialization flaw. This is exploitable by sending maliciously crafted JSON input to the readValue method of the ObjectMapper, bypassing a blacklist that is ineffective if the c3p0 libraries are available in the classpath. | ||||
| CVE-2018-2811 | 3 Oracle, Redhat, Schneider-electric | 6 Jdk, Jre, Enterprise Linux Server and 3 more | 2026-10-15 | 7.7 High |
| Vulnerability in the Java SE component of Oracle Java SE (subcomponent: Install). Supported versions that are affected are Java SE: 8u162 and 10. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Java SE executes to compromise Java SE. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Java SE, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Java SE. Note: Applies to installation process on client deployment of Java. CVSS 3.0 Base Score 7.7 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.0/AV:L/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H). | ||||
| CVE-2018-1305 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 10 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 7 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| Security constraints defined by annotations of Servlets in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 were only applied once a Servlet had been loaded. Because security constraints defined in this way apply to the URL pattern and any URLs below that point, it was possible - depending on the order Servlets were loaded - for some security constraints not to be applied. This could have exposed resources to users who were not authorised to access them. | ||||
| CVE-2018-1304 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 13 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 10 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| The URL pattern of "" (the empty string) which exactly maps to the context root was not correctly handled in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 when used as part of a security constraint definition. This caused the constraint to be ignored. It was, therefore, possible for unauthorised users to gain access to web application resources that should have been protected. Only security constraints with a URL pattern of the empty string were affected. | ||||
| CVE-2018-1061 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 14 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 11 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| python before versions 2.7.15, 3.4.9, 3.5.6rc1, 3.6.5rc1 and 3.7.0 is vulnerable to catastrophic backtracking in the difflib.IS_LINE_JUNK method. An attacker could use this flaw to cause denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2018-17828 | 2 Gdraheim, Redhat | 2 Zziplib, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| Directory traversal vulnerability in ZZIPlib 0.13.69 allows attackers to overwrite arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in a zip file, because of the function unzzip_cat in the bins/unzzipcat-mem.c file. | ||||
| CVE-2018-11784 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 17 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 14 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| When the default servlet in Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.11, 8.5.0 to 8.5.33 and 7.0.23 to 7.0.90 returned a redirect to a directory (e.g. redirecting to '/foo/' when the user requested '/foo') a specially crafted URL could be used to cause the redirect to be generated to any URI of the attackers choice. | ||||
| CVE-2018-11212 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Ijg and 4 more | 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libjpeg and 13 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| An issue was discovered in libjpeg 9a and 9d. The alloc_sarray function in jmemmgr.c allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (divide-by-zero error) via a crafted file. | ||||
| CVE-2018-0737 | 3 Canonical, Openssl, Redhat | 4 Ubuntu Linux, Openssl, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| The OpenSSL RSA Key generation algorithm has been shown to be vulnerable to a cache timing side channel attack. An attacker with sufficient access to mount cache timing attacks during the RSA key generation process could recover the private key. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.0i-dev (Affected 1.1.0-1.1.0h). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2p-dev (Affected 1.0.2b-1.0.2o). | ||||
| CVE-2026-2340 | 2 Redhat, Samba | 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more | 2026-10-15 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Samba’s vfs_worm module. The module is intended to provide write-once, read-many (WORM) protections by preventing modification of files after a configurable grace period. Due to insufficient validation during rename operations, an authenticated user with write access to a share could overwrite a protected file by renaming a newly created file over the existing WORM-protected file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102555 | 3 Gnome, Libsoup, Redhat | 3 Libsoup, Libsoup, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-15 | 8.2 High |
| A flaw was found in libsoup. The soup_uri_decode_data_uri() function incorrectly treated base64 data-URI payloads as NUL-terminated strings when calling g_base64_decode_inplace(). If the percent-decoded payload contained embedded NUL bytes, the decoded length could remain uninitialized and be used as the size of the returned GBytes. This can lead to an out-of-bounds read or application crash when processing a crafted data URI. | ||||
| CVE-2026-101258 | 2 Ghostscript, Redhat | 2 Ghostscript, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-15 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in Ghostscript. When Ghostscript renders a crafted PostScript or EPS document, it can bypass the -dSAFER sandbox and execute arbitrary shell commands in the context of the Ghostscript process. The issue chains memory corruption in document parsing with disabling of internal path access controls at runtime. An attacker can deliver the document directly or through formats that delegate rendering to Ghostscript (for example EPS import or print conversion workflows). Successful exploitation can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data accessible to the process running Ghostscript. | ||||
| CVE-2026-3012 | 2 Redhat, Samba | 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more | 2026-10-15 | 8 High |
| A flaw was found in Samba’s certificate auto-enrollment Group Policy handling. When certificate auto-enrollment is enabled, Samba may retrieve a CA certificate over an unencrypted HTTP connection and install it into the local trust store without proper verification. An attacker with the ability to intercept or redirect network traffic could exploit this behavior to supply a malicious certificate authority certificate, potentially allowing interception or spoofing of trusted communications. | ||||
| CVE-2026-94640 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-10-15 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in rpcbind. This vulnerability allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending a large number of unique requests. The rpcbind service records previously unseen RPC (Remote Procedure Call) statistics in unbounded in-memory lists, leading to persistent memory growth and increased CPU usage. This can degrade or exhaust service availability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86849 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openstack | 2026-10-15 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in DPDK lib/vhost vhost-crypto. Integer overflow in chain length checks, and missing length checks on the RSA path, can overflow a host buffer in the vhost-crypto backend. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86567 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openstack | 2026-10-15 | 8.8 High |
| A flaw was found in DPDK lib/vhost. The VDUSE handler fails to invalidate vring pointers when the IOTLB is invalidated, leading to use-after-unmap. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86565 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openstack | 2026-10-15 | 8.2 High |
| A flaw was found in DPDK lib/vhost. A guest can desynchronize virtqueue size from inflight descriptor table size, causing an out-of-bounds write in the host vhost process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105460 | 2 Bluez, Redhat | 2 Bluez, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in BlueZ. An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the btmon Bluetooth monitor tool when processing crafted HCI Return Link Keys events. A maliciously crafted btsnoop capture file can specify a large number of link keys that exceeds the actual packet data, causing btmon to read beyond the allocated buffer and crash. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5664 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 4 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform and 1 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| The error page mechanism of the Java Servlet Specification requires that, when an error occurs and an error page is configured for the error that occurred, the original request and response are forwarded to the error page. This means that the request is presented to the error page with the original HTTP method. If the error page is a static file, expected behaviour is to serve content of the file as if processing a GET request, regardless of the actual HTTP method. The Default Servlet in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M20, 8.5.0 to 8.5.14, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.43 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.77 did not do this. Depending on the original request this could lead to unexpected and undesirable results for static error pages including, if the DefaultServlet is configured to permit writes, the replacement or removal of the custom error page. Notes for other user provided error pages: (1) Unless explicitly coded otherwise, JSPs ignore the HTTP method. JSPs used as error pages must must ensure that they handle any error dispatch as a GET request, regardless of the actual method. (2) By default, the response generated by a Servlet does depend on the HTTP method. Custom Servlets used as error pages must ensure that they handle any error dispatch as a GET request, regardless of the actual method. | ||||
