| CVE-2026-117626 | 2 Jenkins, Jenkins Project | 2 Jenkins, Jenkins | 2026-11-05 | 4.3 Medium |
| Jenkins 2.587 and earlier, LTS 2.580.1 and earlier improperly identifies file paths attempting path traversal in the file browser for workspaces and $JENKINS_HOME/userContent/, allowing attackers with Overall/Read permission to obtain the names, sizes, and last modification times of files in the $JENKINS_HOME, and attackers with Item/Workspace permission to obtain the names of jobs that have a workspace on the same agent. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18159 | 2026-11-05 | 4.3 Medium | ||
| A vulnerability in OpenText OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) on Windows and Linux allows Clickjacking. This issue affects OpenText Directory Services (OTDS): from 10.5 through 26.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-65983 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 7.5 High |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.2.0, interface/modules/custom_modules/oe-module-faxsms/src/Controller/SignalWireClient.php decrypts a selected patient document with Document::get_data() and SignalWireClient::uploadFileForFax() writes the plaintext bytes under sites/{siteId}/fax. The module returns the resulting public URL to SignalWire, protects it only with a predictable uniqid() filename, and never removes the staged file. An unauthenticated network actor who obtains or guesses the URL can retrieve persistent patient documents even when drive encryption is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 8.2.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115573 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 8.1 High |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, library/classes/Controller.class.php allows explicit controller.php dispatch to controllers missing from CONTROLLER_ACL_MAP, and checkControllerAcl() returns without enforcing any permission for those entries. A low-privilege authenticated user can invoke C_X12Partner::edit_action_process() to create or alter insurance-routing hosts and credentials, or invoke C_PatientFinder::find_action_process() to enumerate patient names, dates of birth, and identifiers. The shared fail-open dispatcher root cause also exposes other administrative controllers that were intended to be reached through ACL-gated Practice Settings routes. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55458 | 1 Caddyserver | 1 Caddy | 2026-11-05 | N/A |
| Caddy is an extensible server platform that uses TLS by default. Prior to 2.11.5, the reverse proxy's finalizeResponse method in modules/caddyhttp/reverseproxy/reverseproxy.go handles an upstream 101 Switching Protocols response before running removeConnectionHeaders and the hopHeaders deletion loop used for ordinary responses. The early return invokes handleUpgradeResponse, which copies the upstream headers to the client and normalizes only WebSocket-specific header names. An attacker who controls or compromises a proxied WebSocket upstream can therefore cause hop-by-hop headers such as Alt-Svc, Keep-Alive, and Proxy-Authenticate, as well as headers named by Connection, to cross the proxy boundary. For HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 extended CONNECT, the upstream 101 response may be represented to the client as an ordinary successful response, increasing the chance that leaked headers are processed. This issue is fixed in version 2.11.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54442 | 2 Nationalsecurityagency, Nsa | 2 Emissary, Emissary | 2026-11-05 | 4.8 Medium |
| Emissary is a P2P based data-driven workflow engine. Prior to 8.51.0, the VALID_LINK validation in src/main/java/emissary/server/mvc/NavAction.java accepts protocol-relative URLs when processing configured navigation links. Browser URL normalization can interpret these accepted strings as external origins. The authoritative advisory attributes open redirect, server-side request forgery, and cloud metadata access to this bypass, but it identifies neither the server-side dereference path nor how navigation-link processing reaches that path. This issue is fixed in version 8.51.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114604 | 1 Ardatan | 1 Graphql-tools | 2026-11-05 | N/A |
| GraphQL Tools provides utilities for building, stitching, and mocking GraphQL schemas. From 10.10.1 until 12.0.2, the @graphql-tools/utils mergeIncrementalResult helper passes incrementalResult.path segments to setObjectKeyPath without runtime primitive-type validation. A non-primitive segment can bypass strict comparisons against __proto__, constructor, and prototype, then be coerced during property access so a malicious or compromised upstream incremental GraphQL response writes attacker-controlled properties to Object.prototype in the consuming Node.js process. The affected implementation is packages/utils/src/mergeIncrementalResult.ts and is reachable when consumers merge untrusted @defer or @stream transport results. This issue is fixed in version 12.0.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112902 | 1 Python-pillow | 1 Pillow | 2026-11-05 | N/A |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. In versions through 12.3.0, the libtiff TIFF encoder can pass arguments to TIFFSetField() that do not match libtiff’s definition of the corresponding tag. When an application saves attacker-controlled image metadata through this encoder, crafted tag values can cause invalid memory reads, copying process memory into the encoded output or crashing the process. Applications that return the encoded output to an attacker can disclose that memory. The issue is reachable when re-saving compressed TIFF images and through certain conversions that preserve EXIF metadata into compressed TIFF output. This vulnerability is fixed in version 13.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104139 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, library/ajax/set_pt.php allows any authenticated user to set an arbitrary patient identifier in the active session without an ACL check, and interface/patient_file/download_template.php trusts that session value while enforcing only CSRF validation. A low-privilege user can select another patient and download a rendered document template containing the patient's demographics, encounter information, allergies, medications, and problem list despite lacking patients/docs access. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104137 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | N/A |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, the sms_search branch of interface/main/messages/save.php requires an authenticated session but does not enforce patient or feature-level ACLs. A low-privilege user who cannot access patient data through the normal interface can search the MedEx SMS endpoint and receive patient identifiers, names, phone numbers, SMS permission status, and recent message information. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103938 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 7.1 High |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, interface/patient_file/pos_checkout_ippf.php performs state-changing void, voidall, and regen operations through GET requests without CSRF token validation. The form_checksum integrity check is conditional and is skipped when the parameter is omitted, allowing a cross-site request to force an authenticated billing user to void checkouts or regenerate invoice counters. The resulting changes can alter ledger state, financial reporting, and audit records. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104136 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | N/A |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, the new_recall branch of interface/main/messages/save.php accepts a caller-supplied pid without enforcing patient-level or recall-workflow authorization. A low-privilege authenticated user who knows or enumerates a patient identifier can retrieve patient details, contact fields, HIPAA notification preferences, recent appointment information, and existing recall information. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104135 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, library/ajax/payment_ajax.php validates a CSRF token but performs no AclMain authorization check before executing a wildcard search of patient_data. Any authenticated user, including a non-clinical role, can enumerate patient identifiers, full names, and dates of birth through the set_patient branch. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103935 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 8.1 High |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, interface/forms/transfer_summary/new.php and interface/forms/functional_cognitive_status/new.php render stored transfer_to, code, and codetext values with text(), which uses ENT_NOQUOTES, inside double-quoted HTML value attributes. An authenticated clinical user can store a value containing a double quote that escapes the attribute and injects event-handler markup when another clinician opens the form. Successful exploitation can expose session data and protected health information or permit patient-record actions in the victim's session. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104133 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 7.1 High |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, interface/modules/custom_modules/oe-module-dorn/public/compendium_install.php checks authentication and CSRF but does not require the admin/users ACL enforced by sibling DORN administration scripts. When the DORN module is enabled, a low-privilege authenticated user can supply a labGuid that causes LabCompendiumInstall::uninstall() to delete detail and result procedure types and deactivate order types before the reinstall step. The action can corrupt lab-ordering configuration and require an administrator to restore the compendium. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104138 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, custom/ajax_download.php, custom/download_qrda.php, custom/export_qrda_xml.php, and custom/qrda_download.php validate CSRF but do not enforce the patients/med ACL used by the canonical CQM report page. The endpoints also accept an unscoped report_id, allowing a low-privilege authenticated user to reach report generation and download logic for other reports. In a clinic with generated CQM reports, this can expose QRDA Category One and Category Three clinical documents for patients in a measure. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103939 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 5.4 Medium |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, interface/modules/custom_modules/oe-module-weno/scripts/file_download.php has no ACL or CSRF check and ignores the result of validateAdminCredentials(). When the Weno module is enabled, the default GET path calls PharmacyService::removeWenoPharmacies() before attempting a refetch, allowing any authenticated user to truncate the weno_pharmacy table and allowing a cross-site request to trigger the same operation through a logged-in victim. A failed later download can leave the e-prescribing pharmacy directory empty and unavailable. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104134 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, the search_persons action in library/ajax/person_search_ajax.php validates CSRF but does not perform an AclMain authorization check before searching the person and patient_data tables. A low-privilege authenticated user can iterate name prefixes and receive patient first and last names, dates of birth, gender, phone numbers, and email addresses in JSON responses. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103019 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 4.3 Medium |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, userSessionLogout() in src/RestControllers/AuthorizationController.php uses decodeToken() to process an id_token_hint without verifying its signature and, when the referenced trusted session is absent, redirects to the caller-supplied post_logout_redirect_uri before validating it against the client's registered redirect URIs. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a logout link that sends a user to an arbitrary external site and invalidates the user's session, enabling convincing phishing flows from the legitimate logout endpoint. The endpoint is reachable when the OpenEMR REST API is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103021 | 1 Openemr | 1 Openemr | 2026-11-05 | 5.3 Medium |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. From 6.0.0 until 8.3.0, interface/globals.php uses the unauthenticated authUser login parameter to populate temp_authuserid and load that account's user_settings before authentication succeeds. Existing usernames can therefore cause an additional database query and may apply visible customized settings, while nonexistent usernames skip that behavior. A remote unauthenticated actor can use timing or page differences to enumerate valid accounts for later credential attacks. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. | ||||
