| CVE-2026-114606 | 1 Jgraph | 1 Drawio-desktop | 2026-10-22 | N/A |
| draw.io Desktop is the official Electron build of draw.io. Prior to 31.4.4, draw.io Desktop is vulnerable to arbitrary local-file disclosure through the Electron main process's read-side IPC handlers. The readFile, getFileDrafts, getBkpFile, fileStat, isFileWritable, checkFileExists, and watchFile actions operate on a renderer-chosen filesystem path with no blessed-path (assertWritablePath) authorization. The only gates are validateSender — a URL-prefix origin check — plus, for readFile alone, a content "sniff" and a lexical appBaseDir prefix block. The write-side handlers (saveFile, writeFile, saveDraft, deleteFile) are all protected by assertWritablePath; the read side is not. The result is a read/write authorization asymmetry: any frame executing in the app's file:// origin can read the contents of local files that the same origin is explicitly forbidden to write. This issue is fixed in version 31.4.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58015 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 17 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 14 more | 2026-10-22 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. The D-Bus client-side implementation of the DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1 SASL authentication mechanism does not validate the cookie_context parameter received from the server. A malicious D-Bus server can supply a cookie_context containing path traversal sequences, causing the client to read an arbitrary file and exfiltrate sensitive data by verifying guessed file contents against a generated hash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-11319 | 1 Ticktick Limited | 1 Ticktick For Android | 2026-10-22 | 6.2 Medium |
| TickTick Android application (com.ticktick.task) 8.2.2.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in its exported ShareReceiveActivity that allows a malicious local application to write files outside the intended attachment directory by supplying a crafted content:// URI with a traversal filename via ACTION_SEND intents. A malicious application can register a ContentProvider returning a _display_name value containing traversal sequences, which is passed unsanitized through FileManager.getDisplayNameFromUri and AttachmentFileHelper.copyFileDirectly, causing automatic file writes to attacker-chosen locations with TickTick's application privileges. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112302 | 1 Kiwilan | 1 Php-archive | 2026-10-22 | 6.3 Medium |
| A weakness has been identified in kiwilan php-archive up to 2.3.02. This affects the function ArchiveZip::extract of the file src/Readers/ArchiveZip.php of the component Extraction. This manipulation causes path traversal. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||

| CVE-2026-77156 | 2026-10-22 | 6.4 Medium | ||
| Incomplete validation of extracted archive entry paths in ast-cli's tar extraction logic on Linux and macOS (used when installing the Vorpal ASCA real-time engine and the SCA Resolver) would allow a malicious tar archive containing absolute or traversal path entries to write files outside the install directory. Windows builds were not affected, as the Windows extractor performs this path validation. Exploitation required substituting the archive served at "download.checkmarx.com". An attacker able to compromise that server and replace the archive could write arbitrary, executable files to arbitrary filesystem paths via this path traversal. Extraction now validates that each entry's destination path resolves within the working directory and rejects absolute paths. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92709 | 1 Rsyslog | 1 Rsyslog | 2026-10-22 | 8.1 High |
| Rsyslog is a rocket-fast system for log processing. From versions 1.15.0 to 8.2610.0, rsyslog's omfile dynaFile facility intentionally allows templates to generate flexible output paths. This supports valid deployments that route logs into different directories or use dynamically generated file names. A deployment becomes unsafe when a dynaFile template uses a value influenced by untrusted input as a path component without explicit secure-path handling. In that configuration, the rendered path can escape the operator's intended log directory. This is not limited to the RFC5424 HOSTNAME field. Any untrusted value that reaches a dynaFile path component can create the condition. At time of publication, there are no publicly available patches. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92812 | 1 Decaporg | 1 Decap-server | 2026-10-22 | 9.8 Critical |
| Decap CMS before 3.11.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the local proxy containment guard that uses plain string prefix comparison without path separator validation. Attackers can access sibling directories whose names begin with the repository directory name to read, write, or delete files outside the intended repository root. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114097 | 1 Dulwich Project | 1 Dulwich | 2026-10-22 | 7.8 High |
| Dulwich from 0.23.1 before 1.2.8 contains a path traversal vulnerability in CommitFilter._apply_index_filter() that allows attackers to write files outside the working directory via symlinks persisting between commits. Attackers can craft a repository where an ancestor commit's symlink redirects a descendant commit's file writes during filter_branch, enabling code execution by writing into .git/hooks. | ||||

Attackers can send GET requests to /pub/bscw.cgi/<id>?op=theme with ../ sequences in style_name to read local files such as /etc/passwd. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-22. | ||||
| CVE-2022-51022 | 1 Liukuo362573 | 1 Yishaadmin | 2026-10-22 | 9.1 Critical |
| YiShaAdmin 2.2 through 3.1, fixed in commit 025b062, contains an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability in the /admin/File/DownloadFile endpoint that allows attackers to read and delete arbitrary files via the filePath parameter. Attackers can send crafted GET requests with directory traversal sequences in filePath and set the delete parameter to read or remove system files like etc/passwd. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-20. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114109 | 1 Astral | 1 Uv | 2026-10-22 | 8.8 High |
| uv before 0.11.15 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows malicious wheels to write files outside the scripts directory via crafted console_scripts or gui_scripts entry point names. Attackers who induce users to install a malicious wheel can place executables in PATH directories, shadowing or overwriting existing binaries for code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114110 | 1 Astral | 1 Uv | 2026-10-22 | 5.3 Medium |
| Astral uv before 0.11.6 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows attackers to delete arbitrary files by supplying wheels with relative traversal paths in RECORD entries. Attackers can craft a malicious wheel whose RECORD references files outside the installation prefix, causing uv to delete those files when the user uninstalls the package. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106489 | 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation | 4 Backstage, Plugin-techdocs-backend, Backstage and 1 more | 2026-10-22 | 6.5 Medium |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 2.2.4, the @backstage/plugin-techdocs-backend package is affected by improper authorization enforcement for techdocs static content. An authenticated user with access to one TechDocs documentation site could craft a URL able to read documentation belonging to a different entity. This only affects deployments using the external TechDocs builder with an external storage provider (S3, GCS, etc.) and the permission framework enabled. Instances that do not use the permission framework are unaffected, since TechDocs content is visible to all authenticated users by design. This issue is fixed in version 2.2.4. | ||||
