| CVE-2026-76406 | 1 Splunk | 1 Splunk | 2026-10-28 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.7.0, an unauthenticated user with access to encrypted credential data from an affected Splunk SOAR instance could submit Basic authentication data to the Representational State Transfer (REST) API to expose and decrypt that encrypted credential data. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk SOAR decrypts encrypted Basic authentication values before completing authentication checks. The attack requires the unauthenticated user to have encrypted credential data from an affected Splunk SOAR instance. The unauthenticated user should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will. For more information see Using the REST API reference for Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/rest-api-reference/8.5.0/using-the-splunk-soar-rest-api/using-the-rest-api-reference-for-splunk-soar-on-premises) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76305 | 1 Splunk | 1 Splunk | 2026-10-28 | 6.5 Medium |
| In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.7.0, an authenticated user who does not hold a role with permission to view apps could download an archive of an installed app. This could expose all data in the app archive, including proprietary source code and sensitive information. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk SOAR does not verify permission to view apps before it returns the app archive. For more information see Export or import an app (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/develop-apps/8.4.0/develop-an-app-using-the-splunk-soar-app-wizard/export-or-import-an-app) and Manage roles and permissions in Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.5.0/manage-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-users-and-accounts/manage-roles-and-permissions-in-splunk-soar-on-premises) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||

| CVE-2026-118377 | 2026-10-28 | 7.5 High | ||
| mews/pos through 2.0.0 contains an insufficient verification of data authenticity vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to forge payment results by submitting unverified callbacks. GarantiPos, PayForPos and InterPos 3D Pay and 3D Host handlers skip check3DHash(), letting attackers post tampered status, amount or order ID fields to complete orders without paying. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118376 | 1 Tencent | 1 Weknora | 2026-10-28 | 5.3 Medium |
| WeKnora before 0.8.2 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in isRestrictedIP() that misclassifies NAT64-prefixed IPv6 addresses as public. Authenticated attackers can supply URLs resolving to NAT64 encodings of internal addresses via web_fetch or URL-based knowledge import to reach internal services or cloud metadata endpoints. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118374 | 1 Openbsd | 1 Libressl | 2026-10-28 | 5.9 Medium |
| LibreSSL ocspcheck through 4.4.0 contains a memory exhaustion vulnerability that allows malicious OCSP responders to exhaust memory by sending unbounded HTTP responses. Attackers controlling the responder or intercepting plain HTTP AIA OCSP traffic can stream endless headers or body data to http_head_read() and http_body_read(), denying certificate status checks. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118373 | 1 Openbsd | 1 Libressl | 2026-10-28 | 3.7 Low |
| LibreSSL ocspcheck through 4.4.0 contains a cleartext transmission vulnerability because url2host() discards the OCSP URL scheme and http_alloc() only selects TLS for port 443. On-path network attackers can read OCSP requests sent to https responder URLs on non-443 ports, exposing certificate serial numbers, issuer hashes, and nonces. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76297 | 1 Splunk | 1 Splunk Enterprise | 2026-10-28 | 4.2 Medium |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, an unauthenticated user could trick a user that holds a role with the edit_federated_providers capability into turning off all federated search providers. Successful exploitation could temporarily prevent federated searches from retrieving data from remote datasets. The vulnerability is possible because the federated provider Representational State Transfer (REST) API accepts GET requests for actions that change provider state. The vulnerability requires the attacker to phish the affected user by tricking them into initiating a request within their browser. The unauthenticated user should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will. For more information see Run federated searches over remote Splunk platform deployments (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/federated-search/10.6/run-federated-searches-across-other-splunk-deployments/run-federated-searches-over-remote-splunk-platform-deployments) and Define roles on the Splunk platform with capabilities (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/define-roles-on-the-splunk-platform-with-capabilities) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118372 | 1 Openbsd | 1 Libressl | 2026-10-28 | 3.7 Low |
| LibreSSL ocspcheck through 4.4.0 contains a CRLF injection vulnerability that allows attackers to inject HTTP headers by embedding CR/LF sequences in a certificate's AIA OCSP URI path. Because url2host() copies the path without rejecting control characters and http_open() places it in the POST request line, attackers can inject headers or split OCSP requests sent to the responder host. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118371 | 1 Openbsd | 1 Libressl | 2026-10-28 | 3.7 Low |
| LibreSSL through 4.4.0 contains a CRLF injection vulnerability in the libcrypto OCSP_sendreq_new() and OCSP_parse_url() functions, which write unvalidated request paths into the OCSP POST request line. Attackers can embed carriage return and line feed characters in a certificate's Authority Information Access OCSP URI to inject HTTP headers or split requests sent to responders and proxies. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118370 | 1 Libexpat Project | 1 Libexpat | 2026-10-28 | 5.9 Medium |
| libexpat through 2.9.0 contains a signed integer overflow vulnerability in storeAtts() in lib/xmlparse.c that allows attackers to trigger out-of-bounds writes via oversized attribute counts. Attackers can supply a multi-gigabyte document with a start tag carrying over 2^30 attributes to overflow attIndex and nPrefixes, crashing applications or corrupting heap memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-117610 | 1 Libexpat Project | 1 Libexpat | 2026-10-28 | 5.9 Medium |
| libexpat through 2.9.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in externalEntityInitProcessor2() in lib/xmlparse.c that mishandles the XML_TOK_NONE token from empty input. Attackers who control stream chunking can force an empty non-final first parse on an external entity subparser, causing a later parse to crash the application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-117609 | 1 Rtl 433 Project | 1 Rtl 433 | 2026-10-28 | 7.1 High |
| rtl_433 through 25.12 contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in proflame2_mc() that allows nearby attackers to write past a 7-byte stack buffer by sending more than seven valid Manchester-coded words. Attackers can transmit a crafted OOK radio signal or supply a crafted signal file to crash rtl_433 and corrupt stack memory, enabling control-flow hijacking on builds without stack canaries. | ||||
| CVE-2026-117608 | 1 Assimp | 1 Assimp | 2026-10-28 | 6.1 Medium |
| Assimp through 6.0.5 contains an integer overflow vulnerability in MD2Importer::ValidateHeader() that allows attackers to bypass frame table bounds checks using crafted header fields. Attackers can supply a malicious .md2 file whose numFrames and numVertices values wrap the 32-bit size check, causing heap out-of-bounds reads that crash applications or expose adjacent heap memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-117605 | 1 Nopcommerce | 1 Nopcommerce | 2026-10-28 | 4.3 Medium |
| nopCommerce before 5.00.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the admin ProductController RelatedProductAddPopup, CrossSellProductAddPopup and AssociatedProductAddPopup handlers that fail to verify parent product ownership. Authenticated vendors can submit another vendor's product id as model.ProductId to inject their products into the victim's related-products, cross-sell and grouped-product listings. | ||||
| CVE-2015-20129 | 1 Crushftp | 1 Crushftp | 2026-10-28 | 8.8 High |
| CrushFTP before 7.3.0 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows attackers to perform administrative actions because CSRF protection is disabled by default. Attackers can lure an authenticated administrator to a malicious page that submits POST requests to commands like setUserItem, creating root-access users or changing server configuration. | ||||
| CVE-2014-125138 | 1 C97 | 1 Cart Engine | 2026-10-28 | 8.8 High |
| C97net qEngine CMS through 6.0.0, Kemana Directory through 1.5.6, and Cart Engine through 3.0.0 contain an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in administrative image fields.
