| CVE-2024-24806 | 2 Libuv, Redhat | 3 Libuv, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2025-06-17 | 7.3 High |
| libuv is a multi-platform support library with a focus on asynchronous I/O. The `uv_getaddrinfo` function in `src/unix/getaddrinfo.c` (and its windows counterpart `src/win/getaddrinfo.c`), truncates hostnames to 256 characters before calling `getaddrinfo`. This behavior can be exploited to create addresses like `0x00007f000001`, which are considered valid by `getaddrinfo` and could allow an attacker to craft payloads that resolve to unintended IP addresses, bypassing developer checks. The vulnerability arises due to how the `hostname_ascii` variable (with a length of 256 bytes) is handled in `uv_getaddrinfo` and subsequently in `uv__idna_toascii`. When the hostname exceeds 256 characters, it gets truncated without a terminating null byte. As a result attackers may be able to access internal APIs or for websites (similar to MySpace) that allows users to have `username.example.com` pages. Internal services that crawl or cache these user pages can be exposed to SSRF attacks if a malicious user chooses a long vulnerable username. This issue has been addressed in release version 1.48.0. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. | ||||

| CVE-2024-0985 | 2 Postgresql, Redhat | 7 Postgresql, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 4 more | 2025-06-13 | 8 High |
| Late privilege drop in REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW CONCURRENTLY in PostgreSQL allows an object creator to execute arbitrary SQL functions as the command issuer. The command intends to run SQL functions as the owner of the materialized view, enabling safe refresh of untrusted materialized views. The victim is a superuser or member of one of the attacker's roles. The attack requires luring the victim into running REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW CONCURRENTLY on the attacker's materialized view. Versions before PostgreSQL 16.2, 15.6, 14.11, 13.14, and 12.18 are affected. | ||||
| CVE-2025-47273 | 3 Debian, Python, Redhat | 4 Debian Linux, Setuptools, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2025-06-12 | 8.8 High |
| setuptools is a package that allows users to download, build, install, upgrade, and uninstall Python packages. A path traversal vulnerability in `PackageIndex` is present in setuptools prior to version 78.1.1. An attacker would be allowed to write files to arbitrary locations on the filesystem with the permissions of the process running the Python code, which could escalate to remote code execution depending on the context. Version 78.1.1 fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2023-39323 | 3 Fedoraproject, Golang, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Go, Enterprise Linux | 2025-06-12 | 8.1 High |
| Line directives ("//line") can be used to bypass the restrictions on "//go:cgo_" directives, allowing blocked linker and compiler flags to be passed during compilation. This can result in unexpected execution of arbitrary code when running "go build". The line directive requires the absolute path of the file in which the directive lives, which makes exploiting this issue significantly more complex. | ||||

CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). | ||||
| CVE-2021-40528 | 2 Gnupg, Redhat | 2 Libgcrypt, Enterprise Linux | 2025-06-09 | 5.9 Medium |
| The ElGamal implementation in Libgcrypt before 1.9.4 allows plaintext recovery because, during interaction between two cryptographic libraries, a certain dangerous combination of the prime defined by the receiver's public key, the generator defined by the receiver's public key, and the sender's ephemeral exponents can lead to a cross-configuration attack against OpenPGP. | ||||
| CVE-2019-20386 | 6 Canonical, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 9 Ubuntu Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 6 more | 2025-06-09 | 5.1 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in button_open in login/logind-button.c in systemd before 243. When executing the udevadm trigger command, a memory leak may occur. | ||||

| CVE-2019-3843 | 5 Canonical, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 2 more | 9 Ubuntu Linux, Fedora, Cn1610 and 6 more | 2025-06-09 | 7.8 High |
| It was discovered that a systemd service that uses DynamicUser property can create a SUID/SGID binary that would be allowed to run as the transient service UID/GID even after the service is terminated. A local attacker may use this flaw to access resources that will be owned by a potentially different service in the future, when the UID/GID will be recycled. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3844 | 4 Canonical, Netapp, Redhat and 1 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Cn1610, Cn1610 Firmware and 5 more | 2025-06-09 | 7.8 High |
| It was discovered that a systemd service that uses DynamicUser property can get new privileges through the execution of SUID binaries, which would allow to create binaries owned by the service transient group with the setgid bit set. A local attacker may use this flaw to access resources that will be owned by a potentially different service in the future, when the GID will be recycled. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3842 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Redhat and 1 more | 5 Debian Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2025-06-09 | 7.0 High |
| In systemd before v242-rc4, it was discovered that pam_systemd does not properly sanitize the environment before using the XDG_SEAT variable. It is possible for an attacker, in some particular configurations, to set a XDG_SEAT environment variable which allows for commands to be checked against polkit policies using the "allow_active" element rather than "allow_any". | ||||
