| CVE-2023-29491 | 2 Invisible-island, Redhat | 3 Ncurses, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2026-10-14 | 7.8 High |
| ncurses before 6.4 20230408, when used by a setuid application, allows local users to trigger security-relevant memory corruption via malformed data in a terminfo database file that is found in $HOME/.terminfo or reached via the TERMINFO or TERM environment variable. | ||||
| CVE-2023-25139 | 1 Gnu | 1 Glibc | 2026-10-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| sprintf in the GNU C Library (glibc) 2.37 has a buffer overflow (out-of-bounds write) in some situations with a correct buffer size. This is unrelated to CWE-676. It may write beyond the bounds of the destination buffer when attempting to write a padded, thousands-separated string representation of a number, if the buffer is allocated the exact size required to represent that number as a string. For example, 1,234,567 (with padding to 13) overflows by two bytes. | ||||
| CVE-2023-5717 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 5 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Logging and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.8 High |
| A heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Linux Kernel Performance Events (perf) component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. If perf_read_group() is called while an event's sibling_list is smaller than its child's sibling_list, it can increment or write to memory locations outside of the allocated buffer. We recommend upgrading past commit 32671e3799ca2e4590773fd0e63aaa4229e50c06. | ||||
| CVE-2023-4273 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more | 12 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 9 more | 2026-10-14 | 6 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the exFAT driver of the Linux kernel. The vulnerability exists in the implementation of the file name reconstruction function, which is responsible for reading file name entries from a directory index and merging file name parts belonging to one file into a single long file name. Since the file name characters are copied into a stack variable, a local privileged attacker could use this flaw to overflow the kernel stack. | ||||
| CVE-2023-4016 | 3 Fedoraproject, Procps Project, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Procps, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-14 | 2.5 Low |
| Under some circumstances, this weakness allows a user who has access to run the “ps” utility on a machine, the ability to write almost unlimited amounts of unfiltered data into the process heap. | ||||
| CVE-2023-3611 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 11 Debian Linux, Kernel, Linux Kernel and 8 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.8 High |
| An out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Linux kernel's net/sched: sch_qfq component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. The qfq_change_agg() function in net/sched/sch_qfq.c allows an out-of-bounds write because lmax is updated according to packet sizes without bounds checks. We recommend upgrading past commit 3e337087c3b5805fe0b8a46ba622a962880b5d64. | ||||
| CVE-2015-4760 | 2 Oracle, Redhat | 6 Jdk, Jre, Enterprise Linux and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| Unspecified vulnerability in Oracle Java SE 6u95, 7u80, and 8u45 allows remote attackers to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability via unknown vectors related to 2D. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103658 | 1 Gnu | 1 Aspell | 2026-10-14 | 5.9 Medium |
| GNU Aspell 0.60.8.2 (first vulnerable version is not known) contains a heap-based buffer overflow write (CWE-122) in its read-only dictionary loader. String::reserve() in common/string.hpp computes its capacity check with a signed int ((int)s + 1), so a requested size of 0x7FFFFFFF wraps negative and the backing buffer is never grown. ReadOnlyDict::load() in modules/speller/default/readonly_ws.cpp passes the unvalidated 32-bit size fields from a .rws dictionary header into this path, so a crafted .rws file with a valid endian marker (12345678) and an oversized length field (e.g. lang_name_size = 0x7FFFFFFF) causes attacker-controlled data to be written out of bounds past an undersized heap allocation. An attacker who induces a victim to load a malicious dictionary — for example via aspell dump master <file> — can corrupt heap memory, resulting in denial of service and potentially code execution. Fixed in b830b6e and will be fixed in release 0.60.8.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14507 | 1 Ibm | 2 Datapower Gateway, Datapower Gateway 1100 | 2026-10-14 | 7.7 High |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service due to improper memory allocation during key derivation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14992 | 1 Ibm | 5 Datapower Gateway, Datapower Gateway 1050, Datapower Gateway 1060 and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 vulnerable to buffer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48864 | 2 Opensuse, Redhat | 23 Libsolv, Cert Manager, Discovery and 20 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in libsolv. This heap buffer overflow occurs during the decompression of attacker-controlled compressed data within `.solv` files due to insufficient input validation. An attacker can provide a specially crafted `.solv` file, which, when processed by a vulnerable application, can lead to out-of-bounds memory access. This could result in information disclosure, alteration of program execution, or a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2022-48522 | 1 Perl | 1 Perl | 2026-10-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| In Perl 5.34.0, function S_find_uninit_var in sv.c has a stack-based crash that can lead to remote code execution or local privilege escalation. | ||||
| CVE-2022-47518 | 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp | 12 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, H300s and 9 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.8 High |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 6.0.11. Missing validation of the number of channels in drivers/net/wireless/microchip/wilc1000/cfg80211.c in the WILC1000 wireless driver can trigger a heap-based buffer overflow when copying the list of operating channels from Wi-Fi management frames. | ||||
| CVE-2022-43750 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 6 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.7 Medium |
| drivers/usb/mon/mon_bin.c in usbmon in the Linux kernel before 5.19.15 and 6.x before 6.0.1 allows a user-space client to corrupt the monitor's internal memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13732 | 1 Redhat | 5 Cost Management On Premise, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 7 High |
| A flaw was found in GDB's STABS debug format parser. The read_member_functions() function in gdb/stabsread.c contains a linked list removal bug in the code that separates destructor and non-destructor member functions of C++ classes. The bug causes the destructor entries to remain in the main function list while the list length counter is decremented, resulting in an out-of-bounds write when the function list is copied to its final allocated array. An attacker can craft an ELF binary with malicious .stab and .stabstr sections that triggers this out-of-bounds write when a user opens the file in GDB and performs any symbol-inspection operation such as setting a breakpoint. The inferior process does not need to be executed. Under controlled conditions, this was demonstrated to achieve execution of arbitrary commands within the GDB process. | ||||
| CVE-2022-41674 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 1 more | 6 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.1 High |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 5.19.16. Attackers able to inject WLAN frames could cause a buffer overflow in the ieee80211_bss_info_update function in net/mac80211/scan.c. | ||||
| CVE-2022-36280 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-14 | 6.3 Medium |
| An out-of-bounds(OOB) memory access vulnerability was found in vmwgfx driver in drivers/gpu/vmxgfx/vmxgfx_kms.c in GPU component in the Linux kernel with device file '/dev/dri/renderD128 (or Dxxx)'. This flaw allows a local attacker with a user account on the system to gain privilege, causing a denial of service(DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2022-35260 | 4 Apple, Haxx, Netapp and 1 more | 12 Macos, Curl, Clustered Data Ontap and 9 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| curl can be told to parse a `.netrc` file for credentials. If that file endsin a line with 4095 consecutive non-white space letters and no newline, curlwould first read past the end of the stack-based buffer, and if the readworks, write a zero byte beyond its boundary. This will in most cases cause a segfault or similar, but circumstances might also cause different outcomes. If a malicious user can provide a custom netrc file to an application or otherwise affect its contents, this flaw could be used as denial-of-service. | ||||
| CVE-2022-32208 | 7 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 21 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 18 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.9 Medium |
| When curl < 7.84.0 does FTP transfers secured by krb5, it handles message verification failures wrongly. This flaw makes it possible for a Man-In-The-Middle attack to go unnoticed and even allows it to inject data to the client. | ||||
| CVE-2022-29824 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 26 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 23 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| In libxml2 before 2.9.14, several buffer handling functions in buf.c (xmlBuf*) and tree.c (xmlBuffer*) don't check for integer overflows. This can result in out-of-bounds memory writes. Exploitation requires a victim to open a crafted, multi-gigabyte XML file. Other software using libxml2's buffer functions, for example libxslt through 1.1.35, is affected as well. | ||||
