| CVE-2026-106113 | 1 Sixlabors | 1 Imagesharp | 2026-10-24 | 7.5 High |
| ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 2.0.0 until 4.1.2, decoding an attacker-supplied 32-bit floating-point TIFF as Image<HalfVector4> and applying HistogramEqualization can produce a non-finite or out-of-range luminance in ColorNumerics.GetBT709Luminance. GrayscaleLevelsRowOperation.Invoke uses the resulting value as an unchecked histogram offset, causing an unsafe out-of-range access and process termination. Adaptive Histogram Equalization and AutoLevel are not affected by this report. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106114 | 1 Sixlabors | 1 Imagesharp | 2026-10-24 | 5.3 Medium |
| ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 1.0.0-beta0001 until 4.1.2, ICC CLUT parsing calculates allocation sizes from attacker-declared channel and grid dimensions before confirming that the profile contains the declared values. IccDataReader.ReadClutF32 can request a large float array, and earlier public IccProfile.Entries parsing paths can allocate a large jagged representation, from a short truncated profile. In version 4, automatic image conversion reaches the parser when DecoderOptions.ColorProfileHandling is Convert; the default Preserve mode avoids that conversion path. The demonstrated impact is memory pressure and input-validation failure, not unhandled process termination. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106115 | 1 Sixlabors | 1 Imagesharp | 2026-10-24 | 7.5 High |
| ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 2.1.0 until 4.1.2, the TIFF CCITT Group 4 encoder allocates Width times rowsPerStrip bytes even though T6BitCompressor.CompressStrip can emit encoded row data and two 12-bit end-of-facsimile-block codes beyond that capacity. TiffCcittCompressor.WriteCode performs unchecked writes, and a decode-and-re-encode flow can inherit TiffCompression.CcittGroup4Fax and one-bit metadata from attacker-supplied input. The resulting out-of-bounds writes can corrupt memory and terminate the process. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110734 | 1 Godotengine | 1 Godot Engine | 2026-10-24 | 2.5 Low |
| Godot Engine through 4.7.2 has a heap out-of-bounds write in the Radiance HDR (.hdr) image decoder (modules/hdr/image_loader_hdr.cpp). The run-length decoding loop expands RLE instructions read from the file into a buffer sized from the image dimensions, without validating that an instruction's repeat/copy count fits the remaining capacity of the row buffer. A crafted .hdr file therefore writes attacker-supplied bytes past the end of the heap allocation, with the overflow length and content controlled by the file. The defect is reached automatically when the product imports a crafted .hdr (e.g., when opening a project containing one), and at runtime in exported projects that load untrusted .hdr images. NOTE: the Supplier's position is that the research has identified "no security issues" because the required attacker access is outside of the current Godot Engine threat model. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99022 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-24 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: regulator: ltc3676: don't read the write-only HRST and CLIRQ registers HRST (0x1e) and CLIRQ (0x1f) are write-only command strobes. Writing HRST triggers a hard reset of the chip and writing CLIRQ clears the interrupt; reading them returns nothing useful, and the read itself fires the command. The result is that a plain register dump resets the board: cat /sys/kernel/debug/regmap/2-003c/registers walks every readable register, hits HRST, and the board reboots. Split the callback back in two so HRST and CLIRQ stay writable but are no longer readable. The readable range is left unchanged (LTC3676_BUCK1 ... LTC3676_IRQSTAT). | ||||

| CVE-2026-99086 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-24 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm-integrity: validate the superblock on resume dm_integrity_resume() re-reads the superblock from the device so that it picks up the flags and the recalculate position. It performs no validation on the result, while the constructor validates the superblock it reads and sizes all the in-memory structures according to it. The user may modify the superblock on the underlying device while the dm-integrity device is suspended, so that the two no longer agree. In particular, access_journal_data() shifts the journal entry index by ic->sb->log2_sectors_per_block, while ic->journal_section_sectors and the journal page list were computed with the value that was present at constructor time. Increasing log2_sectors_per_block makes the index run past the end of the journal, and dm-integrity then writes 512 bytes through lowmem_page_address(NULL). Snapshot the validated superblock in the constructor and refuse to resume if any of the fields that describe the on-disk geometry changed. | ||||
| CVE-2026-39902 | 1 Cacti | 1 Cacti | 2026-10-23 | 7.2 High |
| Cacti is an open source performance and fault management framework. Prior to version 1.2.31, the prior blocklist ([;&| `$\\n\r]) omitted single-quote, double-quote, redirect operators, subshell parens and braces. An authenticated admin could save an input_string` containing single-quote, redirect operator, or subshell parens, and pass the check. This issue has been patched in version 1.2.31. | ||||

| CVE-2026-79978 | 1 Zephyrproject | 1 Zephyr | 2026-10-23 | 3.6 Low |
| The RTIO streaming completion callback adxl345_process_fifo_samples_cb() in drivers/sensor/adi/adxl345/adxl345_stream.c clamps the amount of FIFO data it will report (read_len = MIN(fifo_bytes, buf_avail)) to the space actually returned by rtio_sqe_rx_buf(), but then queues one 6-byte bus read per hardware FIFO entry at consecutive offsets from read_buf, bounded by the device-reported entry count rather than by the clamp. When the allocated buffer is smaller than a full batch, the driver writes up to 186 bytes past the end of the allocation; a companion defect left data->fifo_total_bytes un-reset at batch start, so an aborted or errored chain could leave a stale write offset that pushes the next batch's writes out of bounds as well. A short buffer is an expected, first-class outcome of the RTIO allocator: rtio_block_pool_alloc() walks the requested size down one block at a time until a contiguous run is available, and the driver only demands sizeof(struct adxl345_fifo_data) + 6 bytes as its minimum. Any streaming configuration whose mempool block granularity is smaller than a full FIFO batch (204 bytes) — for example the sensor shell's RTIO_DEFINE_WITH_MEMPOOL(sensor_read_rtio, 8, 8, 32, 64, 4) used by sensor stream <dev> on fifo_wm incl, or the 16-byte-block streaming example in the documentation — takes this path whenever the pool is fragmented or the consuming thread falls behind. The out-of-bounds writes are performed by the I2C/SPI RTIO backend (DMA on many SoCs) into the shared RTIO block pool, corrupting neighbouring live buffers or, for a pool smaller than one batch, memory beyond the pool itself. The written bytes are accelerometer samples and the destination follows the allocation, so there is no controllable corruption primitive: the realistic impact is silent corruption of other RTIO consumers' data or a crash. Reaching it requires a board with an interrupt-wired ADXL345 built with CONFIG_ADXL345_STREAM, plus buffer-pool starvation, which a co-resident local workload can induce but which also occurs spontaneously under load; there is no network, USB or radio path to this code. | ||||

| CVE-2026-79982 | 1 Zephyrproject | 1 Zephyr | 2026-10-23 | 8.8 High |
| The Bluetooth HCI USB transport class of the new USB device stack, subsys/usb/device_next/class/bt_hci.c, copies every controller-to-host HCI packet into a USB transfer buffer before enqueuing it on an endpoint. bt_hci_tx_sync_in() allocated that buffer from bt_hci_ep_pool, a fixed pool whose slots are only USBD_MAX_BULK_MPS bytes (64 on full-speed-only builds), and then performed net_buf_add_mem(buf, bt_buf->data, bt_buf->len) with no length check. HCI event and ACL buffers are sized by CONFIG_BT_BUF_EVT_RX_SIZE and CONFIG_BT_BUF_ACL_RX_SIZE and can be far larger, so the copy runs past the end of the 64-byte slot into the adjacent slots and into whatever follows the statically allocated pool. The device runs the local Bluetooth controller in raw HCI mode (CONFIG_BT_HCI_RAW), so the oversized packets originate over the air. With the HCI buffer sizes recommended for full-featured controllers, an unauthenticated attacker within Bluetooth range can supply the overflowing bytes: a connected peer that negotiates Data Length Extension can send ACL fragments up to CONFIG_BT_CTLR_DATA_LENGTH_MAX bytes, and an attacker that merely broadcasts extended advertising data reaches the same path through LE Extended Advertising Report events, which the controller fragments only to CONFIG_BT_BUF_EVT_RX_SIZE. In the stock configuration the overflow is already reached without any radio traffic: the mandatory Read Supported Commands command-complete event is 70 bytes and overruns the 64-byte slot by six bytes on every host initialization. Because net_buf_add_mem() validates tailroom only through an assertion unless CONFIG_NET_BUF_HARDENING is enabled, builds with CONFIG_ASSERT=n — the usual production setting — silently corrupt memory adjacent to the USB buffer pool with attacker-chosen contents, which on a target without memory protection between subsystems can lead to arbitrary code execution. Builds with assertions enabled fail the assertion instead and panic, giving a remotely triggerable denial of service. The fix introduces a separate bt_hci_tx_pool sized to MAX(BT_BUF_ACL_RX_SIZE, BT_BUF_EVT_RX_SIZE) for the controller-to-host direction while leaving the host-to-device pool at the endpoint packet size, which is already bounds-checked during reassembly. | ||||

| CVE-2026-115586 | 1 Pypa | 1 Virtualenv | 2026-10-23 | 7.0 High |
| virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. From 21.14.9 until 21.14.13, the bash bin/activate script can copy an attacker-controlled --prompt value into PS1 without escaping dollar signs or backticks when both promptvars and POSIX mode are disabled during activation. Re-enabling promptvars, running set -o posix, or starting an interactive child bash that inherits the exported PS1 can then expand command substitution in the stored VIRTUAL_ENV_PROMPT value and execute commands as the user who activates the environment. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.13. | ||||
