| CVE-2026-116099 | 1 Fusion Creators Studio | 1 Scp Containment Breach Multiplayer | 2026-10-25 | 6.3 Medium |
| A flaw has been found in Fusion Creators Studio SCP Containment Breach Multiplayer up to 1.295. This issue affects the function BlitzBanks of the component Skynet++ Virtual Machine. Executing a manipulation can lead to out-of-bounds write. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 1.3R is capable of addressing this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116096 | 1 Ggml-org | 1 Llama.cpp | 2026-10-25 | 5.3 Medium |
| A weakness has been identified in ggml-org llama.cpp. Affected by this issue is the function list_pockettts_state_slots of the file tools/mtmd/models/pockettts-gen.cpp of the component Pocket-TTS. This manipulation of the argument mmproj causes out-of-bounds write. The attack requires local access. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. Upgrading to version b11796 can resolve this issue. Patch name: 0a1ef309cdbb9f2024f58a38fb4c42352c5db569. The affected component should be upgraded. The reported heap out‑of‑bounds write (gen‑audio / pocket‑tts state_out path) is no longer a silent exploitable heap write on current master and the latest release b11871 - a malicious mmproj that previously triggered it now trips a release‑active GGML_ASSERT and aborts. But the submitter's recommended by‑construction fix (PR #29360 "prevent OOB accesses from malformed mmproj files") is still open. So the root cause is detected‑and‑aborted, not prevented‑by‑design. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115822 | 1 Miyagawa | 1 Starman | 2026-10-25 | N/A |
| Starman versions before 0.4019 for Perl allow CPU exhaustion via quadratic regex backtracking when parsing chunked request bodies. Starman decodes chunked request bodies before calling the application, matching each chunk-size line with `s/^(([0-9a-fA-F]+).*\015\012)//`. A line of hex digits followed by a bare LF and then CRLF never matches, because `.` does not match LF, and each failed attempt backtracks in time quadratic in the length of the hex run. Nothing limits the length of the line. A remote attacker can exhaust worker CPU by sending such requests to any route. | ||||
| CVE-2026-32746 | 1 Gnu | 1 Inetutils | 2026-10-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| telnetd in GNU inetutils through 2.7 allows an out-of-bounds write in the LINEMODE SLC (Set Local Characters) suboption handler because add_slc does not check whether the buffer is full. | ||||
| CVE-2026-31027 | 1 Totolink | 2 A3600r, A3600r Firmware | 2026-10-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| TOTOlink A3600R v5.9c.4959 contains a buffer overflow vulnerability in the setAppEasyWizardConfig interface of /lib/cste_modules/app.so. The vulnerability occurs because the rootSsid parameter is not properly validated for length, allowing remote attackers to trigger a buffer overflow, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116160 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-10-25 | 3.3 Low |
| ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 contains a heap-based buffer overflow in the X11 animate operation when processing crafted images. Attackers can supply a malicious image that, when a user runs an X11 animate operation on it, overwrites heap memory and can crash the application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116149 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-10-25 | 8.1 High |
| ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in the handling of bzip2 compressed images. Attackers can supply a crafted image using bzip2 compression to overwrite stack memory during decoding, causing crashes or memory corruption. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116172 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-10-25 | 5.9 Medium |
| vLLM from 0.22.0 before 0.24.0 contains an improper input validation vulnerability in the Rust gRPC converter that allows remote attackers to bypass max_logprobs limits via CandidateTokens.top_n. Attackers can send Generate or GenerateStream requests with oversized or integer-wrapping top_n values to trigger torch.topk failures that terminate EngineCore. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116153 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-10-25 | 2.5 Low |
| ImageMagick before 7.1.2-33 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability on 32-bit systems that allows attackers to overwrite heap memory when convex-hull information is requested. Attackers can supply crafted images processed with convex-hull calculations to corrupt heap memory, causing crashes or potential code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19489 | 1 Netscaler | 2 Adc, Gateway | 2026-10-25 | N/A |
| Vulnerability in NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway. This issue affects ADC: from 14.1 through 73.32 and from 13.1 through 63.21; Gateway: from 14.1 through 73.32 and from 13.1 through 63.21. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116174 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-10-25 | 5.9 Medium |
| vLLM from 0.22.0 before 0.24.0 contains an improper input validation vulnerability in the Rust gRPC Generate and GenerateStream service that forwards unchecked prompt token IDs to EngineCore. Attackers can submit requests with out-of-vocabulary prompt.token_ids values to trigger a fatal embedding lookup failure that terminates EngineCore and leaves the server unhealthy. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116178 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-10-25 | 5.9 Medium |
| vLLM from 0.20.0 before 0.30.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows remote attackers to crash the engine by sending inconsistent multimodal metadata to the disaggregated /inference/v1/generate endpoint. Attackers can replay a valid multimodal item with repeated or overlapping mm_placeholders ranges or mismatched kwargs_data and mm_hashes lists, producing a negative text span in Qwen2.5-VL position construction that terminates the engine. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116181 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-10-25 | 6.5 Medium |
| vLLM from 0.20.1 before 0.29.0 contains an improper input validation vulnerability that allows remote attackers to crash the engine by supplying out-of-vocabulary stop_token_ids. Attackers can send OpenAI chat, completion, generate, or batch requests with invalid IDs to terminate the engine or write outside the V2 runner's logits buffer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116197 | 1 Edgelesssys | 1 Contrast | 2026-10-25 | 2.6 Low |
| Edgeless Systems Contrast from 1.21.0 before 1.25.0 contains a non-deterministic registry selection flaw in imagepuller that can prefer wildcard configuration entries over concrete domain matches. When a pull configuration lists both a concrete domain and its parent wildcard, registry credentials, CA bundles, or mirror settings intended for the wildcard may be applied to the concrete registry, leaking credentials or pull metadata. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116140 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-10-25 | 3.3 Low |
| ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 incorrectly parses delegate invocations, which can allow an executable blocked in policy.xml to still run. An attacker who gets ImageMagick to process input that triggers a delegate invocation can bypass the administrator-defined policy and execute the blocked program. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106061 | 3 Gimp, Red Hat, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-25 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GIMP’s X cursor (XMC) thumbnail loader. When GIMP generates a thumbnail for a crafted XMC file, it allocates a pixel buffer using a width * height size computed in 32-bit signed arithmetic. If that product overflows, the allocation is smaller than the true image extent. A subsequent GEGL buffer read uses the unwrapped dimensions and performs an out-of-bounds read on the heap, after integer overflow in the size calculation. This can crash GIMP or corrupt process memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-70095 | 1 Microsoft | 28 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 25 more | 2026-10-25 | 7.5 High |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows iSCSI allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116188 | 1 Rclone | 1 Rclone | 2026-10-25 | 5.3 Medium |
| rclone serve s3 versions 1.75.0 before 1.75.2 contain an integer overflow vulnerability in multipart reorder-memory accounting that bypasses the configured buffer limit. Attackers can open two concurrent current-part PUT requests declaring huge lengths to wrap the signed int64 counter and retain out-of-order parts in memory, exhausting the host. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116142 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-10-25 | 3.3 Low |
| ImageMagick before 7.1.2-33 contains a heap buffer over-read vulnerability that allows attackers to read beyond allocated memory when printing a minimum-bounding-box. Attackers can supply a crafted image that triggers the over-read during minimum-bounding-box output, causing crashes or exposing adjacent heap memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106064 | 3 Gimp, Red Hat, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-25 | 6.3 Medium |
| A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s GIF export plug-in. Exporting an image with very large width and height can cause 32-bit overflow when computing the pixel buffer size. The plug-in allocates a buffer based on the wrapped value while GEGL writes using the true image extent, rooted in integer overflow | ||||
