| CVE-2026-98853 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-24 | 7.5 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: gso: limit recursive IP-in-IP segmentation IP-in-IP GSO can re-enter inet_gso_segment() or ipv6_gso_segment() for each nested IP header. encap_level tracks header bytes, not callback depth, so a deep chain can exhaust the kernel stack. Making inet_gso_segment() stackable introduced unbounded IPv4 nesting; IPIP GSO/TSO later made the path reachable. The IPv6 stackable path was introduced separately and uses the same guard. Count IPv4 and IPv6 GSO handler entries in skb_gso_cb, initialized once per top-level GSO operation and preserved across GRE/UDP context changes. Use the existing IP_TUNNEL_RECURSION_LIMIT for both handlers. The first five entries pass, and the sixth returns -EINVAL before dispatching another GSO callback. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110260 | 1 Ow2 | 1 Asm | 2026-10-24 | 5.5 Medium |
| OW2 ASM 3.0 before 9.11 contains a quadratic memory allocation vulnerability in MethodWriter.computeMaxStackAndLocal() and computeAllFrames() when using COMPUTE_MAXS or COMPUTE_FRAMES. Attackers can supply a crafted class file with thousands of overlapping exception handlers, causing excessive Edge allocations and an OutOfMemoryError that crashes the JVM. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115572 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.2, an attacker can craft a PDF that repeatedly references the same nonexistent indirect object, causing relevant file parts such as pages to trigger repeated full-file recovery loads and long runtimes when accessed. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115585 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.2, an incomplete remediation for repeated malformed cross-reference entries in GHSA-55h5-xmcq-c37v could still trigger a complete PDF stream reload during each recovery attempt even when a recovery cache was present, causing crafted cross-reference streams to produce long runtimes. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115775 | 1 Twisted | 1 Twisted | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| Twisted is an event-based framework for internet applications, supporting Python 3.6+. Prior to 26.10.0rc1, the twisted.words.xish.domish ExpatElementStream parser allows an unauthenticated remote peer to keep a container element open while continuously adding child elements. The parser retains the unfinished stanza as an in-memory tree without a byte or element-count limit, and XMPP pre-authentication stream parsing exposes this behavior before credentials are accepted. A single connection can therefore exhaust server memory and terminate the process. This issue is fixed in version 26.10.0rc1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115776 | 1 Twisted | 1 Twisted | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| Twisted is an event-based framework for internet applications, supporting Python 3.6+. Prior to 26.10.0rc1, twisted.words.protocols.irc.IRC.dataReceived retains all bytes received without a line feed in its per-connection buffer and applies no maximum line length. The twisted.words.service.IRCUser server subclass inherits this behavior, and buffering occurs before PASS, NICK, or USER authentication commands. An unauthenticated connection can continuously grow the buffer until the shared server process runs out of memory and drops all users. This issue is fixed in version 26.10.0rc1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115778 | 1 Twisted | 1 Twisted | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| Twisted is an event-based framework for internet applications, supporting Python 3.6+. Prior to 26.10.0rc1, twisted.conch.telnet.Telnet.dataReceived appends every byte received after IAC SB to a persistent subnegotiation buffer until IAC SE is received, without applying a maximum length. Telnet option negotiation occurs before authentication, so an unauthenticated peer can omit the terminator and continuously grow the buffer. The resulting memory exhaustion can terminate the process and every service it hosts. This issue is fixed in version 26.10.0rc1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-75507 | 1 Graphql-python | 1 Graphql-core | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| GraphQL-core is a Python port of the GraphQL.js reference implementation. From 3.0.0 until 3.2.12 and 3.3.0rc1, the OverlappingFieldsCanBeMerged rule in specified_rules repeatedly compares fields that share response names and recursively re-compares flattened inline fragments during the validation phase. The prior named-fragment memoization does not cover this path, so nested repeated inline fragments can drive quadratic and worst-case O(n²·m²) CPU work before any resolver or AST-based depth or complexity control runs. An unauthenticated remote attacker can submit a shallow, highly compressible GraphQL query that pins a worker process and can saturate a multi-worker service. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.12 and 3.3.0rc1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109298 | 1 Openwebui | 1 Open Webui | 2026-10-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| Open WebUI 0.11.0 before 0.11.4 compiles user-chosen grep patterns for its knowledge and chat file search tools with a regex engine that expands nested counted repetition unbounded at compile time and caches the result. Authenticated users can have the model call grep_knowledge_files with short nested-repetition patterns, blocking the event loop and exhausting worker memory. | ||||

| CVE-2026-111384 | 1 Nezhahq | 1 Nezha | 2026-10-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| Nezha 1.0.0 before 2.3.15 contains a memory exhaustion vulnerability in the dashboard file manager WebSocket endpoint because fmStream never calls SetReadLimit, leaving message size unbounded. Authenticated users with file manager scopes can send one oversized binary message to /api/v1/ws/file/:id, triggering an OOM kill that drops all agent monitoring. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98989 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-23 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: namespace: check a recursive bind mount for mount namespace loops do_loopback() refuses to bind mount the file of a mount namespace that is as old as the caller's or older because a mount namespace that holds a mount of its own file, or of an ancestor's, would cause a cycle. But it only checks the dentry the bind mount starts from. With MS_REC everything below it is copied and do_loopback() passes CL_COPY_MNT_NS_FILE so mount namespace files below the source are copied. That's fine for a source in the caller's own mount namespace. Every mount namespace file in there passed the same check when it was bind-mounted. It isn't fine for a source in another mount namespace. may_copy_tree() accepts a bind mount of any nsfs or pidfs file no matter what mount namespace it lives in so that /proc/<pid>/ns/<ns> and pidfds can be bind mounted. If we create a bind-mount stack of mount namespaces file descriptors the kernel will copy them irrespective of their ancestoral relationship to the mount namespace in question: 151 146 0:7 net:[4026531833] /tmp/nrc/y rw - nsfs nsfs rw 152 151 0:7 mnt:[4026532293] /tmp/nrc/y rw - nsfs nsfs rw Mount 152 is a mount of the mount namespace file of mount namespace 4026532293 inside mount namespace 4026532293. That namespace and every mount in it are leaked... All it takes is a process in an older mount namespace that stacks the file and repeating it leaks without limit: after control: Shmem: 380 kB child: mount(/proc/self/fd/6, MS_BIND|MS_REC): ok after cycle: Shmem: 65916 kB do_move_mount() runs check_for_nsfs_mounts() over a detached tree for exactly that reason. Do the same for the copy before it is grafted. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14511 | 1 Ibm | 1 Mq | 2026-10-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| IBM MQ 9.4.5.0 through 9.4.5.1 could allow an authenticated user to cause a denial of service by sending a specially crafted message that crashes consuming applications. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112391 | 2 Python, Python-pillow | 2 Pillow, Pillow | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's PdfParser.get_value() can recurse without a limit while reading nested PDF objects. The parser follows attacker-controlled arrays and dictionaries when an existing PDF is opened for append. An attacker can provide a deeply nested PDF to an application that saves an image with PDF append enabled. This can raise an uncaught RecursionError or terminate the worker, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-70133 | 1 Microsoft | 28 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 25 more | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| Allocation of resources without limits or throttling in Windows SMB Server allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57487 | 2 Pupnp, Pupnp Project | 2 Pupnp, Pupnp | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| pupnp is an SDK for development of UPnP device and control point applications. Prior to 2.0.2, Transfer-Encoding: chunked causes the HTTP parser in upnp/src/genlib/net/http/httpparser.c to leave parser->content_length at zero while parser_parse_chunky_entity and parser_parse_chunky_body accumulate decoded bytes in parser->msg.entity. The g_maxContentLength checks in http_RecvMessage in upnp/src/genlib/net/http/httpreadwrite.c therefore reject oversized numeric Content-Length bodies but do not enforce the same limit on decoded chunked bodies. A remote peer that can reach a SOAP, GENA, miniserver, or control-point HTTP response path can make the process buffer an entity larger than the configured maximum, causing resource exhaustion and denial of service. This issue is fixed in 2.0.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115398 | 2 Nationalsecurityagency, Nsa | 2 Ghidra, Ghidra | 2026-10-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| Ghidra before 12.2 contains a resource allocation without limits vulnerability in FileSystemIndexHelper used by TarFileSystem and ZipFileSystem, which store unbounded archive entries. Attackers can persuade a user to open or batch-import a crafted TAR or ZIP archive with excessive entries to exhaust the Java heap and hang the session. | ||||
