CVSS v3.1 |
| The pfSense REST API package is an unofficial, open-source REST and GraphQL API for pfSense CE and pfSense Plus firewalls. A privilege escalation vulnerability in pfSense-pkg-RESTAPI prior to version 2.9.0 allows authenticated accounts holding the dedicated settings sync permission to modify REST API configuration secrets. This enables a non-administrative user to elevate their privileges to a full administrator. pfSense-pkg-RESTAPI 2.9.0 patches the issue. Access to the HA settings sync endpoint now strictly requires full administrative privileges (`page-all`). The sub-administrative sync privilege has been removed in versions v2.9.0 and later. In addition to correcting the access control boundary, version 2.9.0 includes the following hardening measures: opt-in default and format and validation modernization. As a workaround, one may mitigate exposure by taking either or all of the following steps. Revoke Scoped Permissions: Remove the `api-v2-system-restapi-settings-sync-post` privilege from all non-administrative users. Apply ACLs: Configure REST API Access Control Lists (ACLs) and/or firewall rules to restrict access to API endpoints exclusively to trusted administrator and HA peer IP addresses. |
| Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 contains an object injection primitive in rcube_session::unserialize(). A session key prefixed with “!” was treated as having no value, and the reconstructed serialized string was emitted with a key but no corresponding value, desynchronizing the remainder of the input so that following session data was interpreted as a serialized value. This yields a PHP object injection primitive for an attacker able to influence stored session data. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix object injection primitive in rcube_session::unserialize() via “!”-prefixed session keys”, which rejects such keys. |
| TastyIgniter through 4.4.5 contain a PHP object injection vulnerability that allows authenticated administrators to achieve arbitrary code execution by submitting a serialized PHP object as a settings value, which is stored unsanitized and later unserialized by getValueAttribute() when the setting is read. Attackers can submit a serialized gadget chain, such as one generated via phpggc, through the admin settings form (for example the maintenance_message setting loaded by CheckMaintenance.php) to achieve arbitrary operating-system command execution as the PHP application process user, with the impact persisting until the value is overwritten. |
| Deserialization of untrusted data in Microsoft Office SharePoint allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| The ACF Frontend Admin by DynamiApps WordPress plugin through 3.29.13 does not restrict which PHP classes may be instantiated when it deserialises stored post content that is rendered on public-facing pages, allowing high-privilege users such as administrators to inject a PHP object which, given a suitable POP chain in another installed ACF Frontend Admin by DynamiApps WordPress plugin through 3.29.13 or in WordPress core, can be leveraged to achieve remote code execution. |
| Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in WP Chill Strong Testimonials strong-testimonials allows Object Injection. This issue affects Strong Testimonials: from n/a through 3.3.12. |
| Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in ExpressTech Quiz And Survey Master quiz-master-next allows Object Injection. This issue affects Quiz And Survey Master: from n/a through 11.2.7. |
| docTR through 1.1.0 contains an unsafe deserialization vulnerability in load_pretrained_params() that loads checkpoints with torch.load without weights_only=True. Attackers who control a local or URL-supplied checkpoint can embed a malicious pickle payload to execute Python code with the loading process's privileges on torch releases before 2.6. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition product of Oracle Analytics (component: BI Search). The supported version that is affected is 12.2.1.4.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 3.7 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:L). |

| Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in GS Plugins WordPress Team Members – GS Plugins gs-team-members allows Object Injection. This issue affects WordPress Team Members – GS Plugins: from n/a through 2.8.2. |
| Unsafe binary deserialisation in chttpd in Apache CouchDB 3.5.2 and below on all platforms allows an authenticated user to cause a denial of service via memory exhaustion.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.3, which fixes this issue. |
| DokuWiki before 2026-07-14c contains a PHP object injection vulnerability in Draft::getDraftText() that passes draft file contents to unserialize() without restricting allowed classes. Authenticated users with edit rights can race concurrent draft rewrites to splice serialized data, instantiating gadgets like MemoryIndex or Installer for arbitrary file write, deletion, and code execution. |
| WebITR developed by Uniong has a Insecure Deserialization vulnerability. Authenticated remote attackers can use the hard-coded cryptographic key to craft and submit malicious serialized data, thereby executing arbitrary code on the server. |
| In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.34] or [5.0.0,5.0.12] or [5.1.0,5.1.9] or [5.2.0, 5.2.0], the Vert.x DB2 client (vertx-db2-client) contains DRDA protocol handling code that deserializes User Defined Type (UDT) column data using a bare ObjectInputStream.readObject() call with no ObjectInputFilter or class allowlist.
This code path is triggered when a DRDA server sends a result set with a column tagged as UDT (FDOCA protocol LID 0x50). However, DB2 does not support this type of UDT. The FDOCA 0x50 type is never sent by a legitimate DB2 server.
Nevertheless, a malicious or man-in-the-middle DRDA server could craft a response with a 0x50-tagged column, causing the client to deserialize arbitrary attacker-controlled bytes on the Vert.x event loop before any application code can inspect or reject the data. If a Java deserialization gadget chain is present on the application's classpath, this enables remote code execution. Without a gadget chain, denial of service is possible via crafted object graphs. TLS is disabled by default, making man-in-the-middle exploitation feasible.
The impacted component is io.vertx:vertx-db2-client. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to insecure deserialization in the Quartz JDBC job store. An authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the affected system. |
| EAP's Artemis deserialization configuration permits deserialization by default. ObjectMessage.getObject() uses ObjectInputStreamWithClassLoader, which implements allow-list/block-list filtering via its checkSecurity()/isTrustedType() method. However, by default both allow-list and block-list are empty. When the allow-list is empty (size == 0), isTrustedType() returns true for ALL classes. This means all classes are deserializable by default. |
| Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in WP SYNTEX Polylang polylang allows Object Injection. This issue affects Polylang: from n/a through 3.8.9. |
| Rank Math SEO PRO for WordPress is affected by a supply-chain compromise in a subset of version 3.0.123 packages downloaded or updated between October 15, 2026 at 20:02 UTC and October 16, 2026 at 07:12 UTC. Rank Math states that the affected plugin files contained malware that could compromise a website if the plugin was activated and directs sites that activated an affected package to treat the website as compromised. The malware may establish persistent access, communicate with rank1cdn[.]com, recreate hidden backdoors on page visits, and expose WordPress credentials, database credentials, API keys, and other secrets accessible to the web server. Rank Math identifies three malicious wp_options keys, hidden PHP backdoors, unauthorized administrator accounts, a fake WordPress core file, PHP-executable .cache files, and a system cron marker as incident indicators. Only packages obtained during the vendor-confirmed window are claimed as affected; version 3.0.123 alone is not sufficient to establish compromise. Rank Math removed the affected files and released version 3.0.124 as the clean replacement. |
| A flaw was found in JBoss marshalling. The Infinispan session replication path deserializes replicated session data via the JBoss Marshalling River unmarshaller with no class filtering — enabling RCE via deserialization gadget chains on every cluster node. |
